Dr. Charlotte Picard is our Process Engineer. Charlotte's PhD was supported by Veolia Environment Research and Innovation. She worked on the Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor and the link between the efficiency of the reactor and the hydrodynamic conditions of the biofilm development. The final goal was of the optimisation of pumping costs. Now a valued member of the team.
