Your personal data (video/image) will be collected whenever you pass an area on our premises where surveillance cameras have been installed. The presence of these cameras is indicated with the following logo:

More specifically, cameras have been installed in the following areas: Production units of OxyMem, specifically the exterior of the building, monitoring outside areas, carpark, up to the perimeter of the site.

Depending on the location of the cameras, the purpose of these cameras is to pursue OxyMem’s legitimate interests to ensure your safety within our premises, to ensure the safety of the material located within our premises (protection against theft, destruction, damage etc.), and, related to these purposes, to conduct access controls.

OxyMem has implemented appropriate technical and/or organizational measures to ensure that the data collected through the cameras is kept secure. Such data will automatically be deleted after a period of 30 days, unless the recording is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We have restricted the access to the camera recordings and images on a strictly need-to-know basis to the OxyMem site leader, production manager, and site human resource manager.

The company OxyMem Ireland Ltd, established and having its registered office in Unit F, Moydrum business Park, Athlone, WestMeath, Ireland, N37 DR79, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.   • Right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. Information will be provided in an electronic form.
  • Right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
  • Right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organization, or to you, in certain circumstances.

We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
