We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to support our Sales and Marketing team in developing our brand and customer relationships internationally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the OxyMem Marketing Manager:Day to day administration of the marketing function to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings with clients and prospects.
Manage and develop marketing strategies and organise marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital as required).
Manage and develop lead generation strategies, including targeting strategies and retention / development planning.
Manage and develop financial and non-financial marketing reports, including supporting resources and systems.
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations for OxyMem, along with marketing literature to augment OxyMem presence in the market.
Organise events to promote OxyMem products and services, including attendance to facilitate their success.
Manage and develop the OxyMem digital presence, including online content, social media, digital optimisation.
Manage and develop communication strategies, including direct engagement with clients to develop superior customer service and grow client relationships.
Marketing and/or Business qualification to degree level or higher with 2-3 years’ proven experience in a marketing role.
Proven experience and achievements in executing traditional and digital marketing programmes, including time management skills, persistence and meeting deadlines.
Strong technical competence.
Strong understanding of office management and marketing principles with a customer-oriented approach.
Excellent personality, communication and interpersonal skills.
Full clean driving licence.
High level experience and knowledge of marketing applications, digital marketing tools and digital analytics
High level experience and knowledge of CRM tools, including integration with marketing activities
High level literacy in MS Office applications.
